South Lenoir's Graham commits to play softball at Salem

Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College softball program is pleased to announce that TyQuilla Graham  has committed to attend Salem this fall. Graham played four years for Coach Thurman Pate, Coach Lisa Smith, and Coach Mishella Craine at South Lenoir High School and she is from Pink Hill, North Carolina. The Spirits softball team will begin a full schedule including Great South Athletic Conference play during the 2011-2012 school year.

Graham was a second team all-conference selection in 2008-2009. She also helped her team qualify for states in 2008 and 2010. Graham played club softball for the East Carolina Shockers for Coach Jody Turner, Coach Pate, and Coach Earl Keith for four years. She also enjoys to play basketball and volleyball.

Salem College is a NCAA Division III institution located in Winston-Salem, NC. Salem is the oldest educational institution for women in the United States, and was founded in 1772. The institution boasts a proud history of fostering independence in women.
