Softball set to play in Great South Quarterfinals at Maryville

Maryville, TN-The Salem College softball team is set to play in their first ever

Great South Athletic Conference (GSAC) Tournament this Friday at Maryville. Salem will play as the sixth seed against Maryville, who will be the third seed. The Spirits split at home with the Scots during the regular season. Salem finished the regular season with a 7-9 conference record and an 11-20 overall record.

Game 2: #3 Seed (Maryville) vs. #6 Seed (Salem) 12:00 pm

The GSAC Softball Awards Ceremony will take place immediately following the completion of Game 2. There will be a 30-minute warm up period prior to the start of Game 3.

Game 3: #1 Seed (Huntingdon) vs. G1 winner 2:30 pm

Game 4: #2 Seed (Piedmont) vs. G2 winner 4:30 pm

Saturday, April 28th

Game 5: Loser G2 vs. Loser G3 9:00 am

Game 6: Loser G1 vs. Loser G4 11:00am
