Greensboro, NC-The Salem College basketball team held a lead for the majority of the game, but Greensboro was able to come back for the win in the end. Greensboro won on their home court 71-68. Mikayla Seivers had a massive game for Salem with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists. Salem falls to 1-4, while the Pride improve to 1-1.

Greensboro took a 17-14 lead after the first quarter. The two teams were tied at 34 at half and at 51 after three quarters. Salem was able to take the lead in the fourth quarter and hold on to it until late in the game.

Seivers was an impressive 6 for 9 from the field. Sabrina Shepherd led all scorers with 20 points. Quntashea Lewis had her fourth straight double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. 

Salem will hit the road again next week to take on Lynchburg on December 2nd at 5:00.
