Maryville, TN-The Salem College basketball team fell on the road at Maryville tonight 79-42. Sabrina Shepherd led the team with 18 points. Salem is now 2-2 in the USA South West Division. 

Maryville started off on fire and never really cooled off. They led 42-20 at the half. Salem played the best in the 4th quarter as the Scots outscored them 14-11 that quarter.

Mikayla Seivers had 11 points and 8 rebounds, plus she led the team with 3 assists. Tarryn Johnson led the team with 9 rebounds. Hannah McBride had 2 steals.

The Spirits return home for two conference games this weekend against LaGrange and Huntingdon.
