Coach Britni Mohney summarized the season, "First and foremost I want to take the time to commend all of the student-athletes within the program on a tremendous job of showing strength through adverse times.  Each and everyone of the members of this program gave their all day in and day out; and I could not be more proud as a coach to have student-athletes with such heart and tenacity.  Our seniors, Tamara Blanton, Taylor Mabe, and Aaliyah Webb, played their best basketball in their senior seasons and what an impact they have made to our program.  To go out with their heads held high and leaving an everlasting impression on our returners shows who they truly are as human beings; people of high character.  I am thankful for what this season has taught us individually and as a program and I look forward to the rebuilding of next year with a group of returners who are eager to get back on top."
