Winston-Salem, NC-Head Coach Merridith Cho has announced that Emma Rose will join the Salem College lacrosse coaching staff as an assistant coach. Rose is a 2017 graduate of Gardner-Webb University where she was a four year member of their NCAA DI lacrosse program.
Coach Cho said, "I'm thrilled to have Emma join our staff. Her passion, energy and experience will be a tremendous asset to our program."
She has spent time as a travel coach for Carolina Flight Lacrosse and as a marketing intern for Team Lacrosse Academy.
Rose majored in Political Science with a minor in Global Understanding at GWU. During her time in school, she had an internship for Field of Growth International and coached for the US Lacrosse South Florida Diversity Team.
The Spirits will begin their first season in school history on February 16th at St. Andrews.
