Asheville, NC-The Salem College soccer team dominated all match in a 3-1 victory at Warren Wilson. Morgan Canepa (Elko, NV) started the scoring for the Spirits in the 12th minute. Salem improves to 6-2, while Warren Wilson falls to 2-3.

Warren Wilson tied the game in the 41st minute on their only real chance of the game after a corner kick. Taylor Norman scored the game-winning goal on an assist from Nataly Mojica in the 67th minute. Tarryn Bundy finished off the Owls in the 88th minute off a pass from Sawyer Ferguson.

Kimmi Templeton only had to make 2 saves. Salem out-shot Warren Wilson 32-5. They also had a 9-1 corner kick advantage.

Salem opens up their Great South play next Saturday at Wesleyan.
