LaGRANGE, Ga.Jordan Tomberlin had her third consecutive match with at least seven saves, but a goal by Kirsten Captino provided LaGrange with its second win of the season and coincidentally Salem's second shutout setback of the slate when the two teams collided in LaGrange, Ga., on Friday, September 16th.

Tomberlin, who moved to 3-3 in net for Salem this season, had recorded 11 saves in each of her last two matches for the Spirits. She capped off the clash against LaGrange with seven saves after facing eight shots on goal.

Captino shared the game-high in shots with teammate Sydney Dailey. Captino attempted three shots on goal for the Panthers while Daily and teammate Makenzi Maltezo had two shots on goal apiece.

Captino's goal came in the 32nd minute following a pass from Kaia King.

Salem attempted seven shots (six shots on goal) in the match and was led offensively by Darilyn Nieto (three shots) and Ashley Linden (two shots).
