Greensboro, NC-The Salem College tennis team fell just short on the road at Guilford on Friday. Samantha Story won both of her matches. Salem falls to 0-2 this season.
Guilford was able to jump out to a 2-1 lead after doubles. Samantha Story and Ayla Pruitt cruised to an 8-3 win at #3 doubles.
There were two very close singles matches. Story was able to defeat Luci Gordon at #6 singles, but Andrea Akers fell just short at # 1 doubles.
