Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College tennis team split games with Guilford and Huntingdon. The Spirits won at Guilford 5-4 before falling 9-0 against Huntingdon at home. Makenna Mason and Lindsay Young each won both of their matches against Guilford. Salem is now 5-6 overall.

Mason won 6-3, 6-1 at number 2 singles. She joined with Young to win 8-4 at number 2 doubles. Grace Wilson won at number 3 singles 6-3, 6-2. Young won at number 4 singles 6-0, 6-0. Carmen Wilkins clinched the matched for Salem at number 5 singles.

Salem will host LaGrange tomorrow in a USA South match.
