KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Salem College senior outside hitter Katie Lineberger (Maiden, N.C.) has been selected as the

Association of Division III Independents volleyball Player of the Week. During a 2-1 week, Lineberger tallied 37 kills, 28 digs and five blocks, including 15 kills each in wins over Saint Pauls and Guilford. She also produced 17 digs against Guilford. Lineberger averaged 3.36 kills per game and 2.55 digs per game as Salem improved to 6-12 on the season.
