Greensboro, NC-The Salem College volleyball team was not able to come back from a 2-0 deficit tonight, and Guilford held on for the win. Salem fought back in the third set, but Guilford won the fourth set for the win. Salem falls to 1-6, while Guilford improved to 3-6.

Roslyn Nixon, Hillary McPhatter, and Kylie Taffer all had 8 kills. Taylor Rhodes finished with 26 assists. Zykeya Henderson finished with 19 digs, and McPhatter added 13. Amber Bass and McPhatter led the Spirits with 2 service aces.

Salem plays a tri-match on Saturday with Toccoa Falls and Piedmont International.
