Volleyball crushes Wesleyan 3-0

Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem volleyball team jumped out early with a dominating 25-10 first set against Wesleyan and never looked back. They went on to win 3-0 (25-10, 25-16, 25-15). Roslyn Nixon led the Spirits with 12 kills. Salem improves to 7-12 overall and 3-0 in the Great South to remain on top of conference standings.

Nixon had a strong .409 kill percentage and she also had 2 block assists. Kylie Taffer had 10 digs in the match. Taylor Rhodes had a strong match with 28 set assists, 5 service aces, and 11 digs. Zykeya Henderson also had 11 digs.

Salem returns to action next week when they try to complete a perfect GSAC season with a home match against Agnes Scott.
