Volleyball crushes Wesleyan in three sets

Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College volleyball team moved to 2-1 in the Great South with a convincing 3-0 (25-7, 25-15, 25-11) win against Wesleyan. The Spirits cruised to the three set win and the season sweep of their conference rival. Kylie Taffer and Morgan Proulx led the Spirits with 8 kills each. The Spirits are now 3-12 overall with the win. 

Brandy Bednorz led the team with 30 set assists. She also led the team with 13 digs and Ashlen Rector had 6 digs. Bednorz also led the team with 4 service aces. 

The Spirits return to Great South action next weekend as they try to tie Agnes Scott for the conference lead at home. The Spirits will host the Scotties on October 24th at 12:00.
