Volleyball splits at NC Wesleyan

Rocky Mount, NC-The Salem College volleyball team split two road USA South matches played at NC Wesleyan. The Spirits crushed Mary Baldwin for their first ever USA South win 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-15). In the night game, the Spirits fell to NC Wesleyan 0-3 (25-27, 26-28, 23-25). Salem improves to 6-9 overall and 1-5 in the USA South. 

Taylor Moulton led the team with 22 kills and Kylie Taffer added 18 kills. Madelyn Chappell had 12 kills and Rachael Kerr added 11. Mariah Sharon led the team with 21 digs, and Hannah Delcamp had 71 set assists.

The Spirits play two more USA South matches today against Ferrum at 5:00 and Meredith at 7:00 in Raleigh.
