Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College volleyball team has an important match against Huntingdon this weekend for two reasons. They will honor senior Ashlen Rector during the match, and they can qualify for the USA South Tournament. The match will be played at 2:00 on Saturday.

Rector is a two year player from Elkin, NC. She was also a member of the basketball team at Salem for two years. Rector is a libero and defensive specialist.

The Spirits need a win against Huntingdon and a loss by Agnes Scott against Piedmont. The Agnes Scott match will also be at 2:00 on Saturday. If both of those scenarios happen, Salem will enter the USA South Tournament as the sixth seed.
