Volleyball breaks win-streak record against Mary Baldwin

Staunton, VA-The Salem College volleyball team won their school record winning streak with their sixth win in a row. The Spirits easily defeated Mary Baldwin 3-0 (25-8, 25-5, 25-23) on the road. They are now just three games away from breaking the school record for wins in a season. Salem is now 4-0 in the USA South and 12-4 overall, while Mary Baldwin falls to 0-3 and 0-15.

Madelyn Chappell led the team with 9 kills. Kylie Taffer had 6 kills and Cameron Sloop had 5 kills. Hannah Delcamp led the Spirits with 16 set assists. Corrin Shores had a team-high 9 digs and Kathryn O'Connell had 8 digs. 

The Spirits will play two very important USA South games this weekend against Meredith and Averett.
