Salem College Invitational 2009

Date of Meet: September 12, 2009

Schedule of Races:

College Men: 9 am

College Women: 9:45 am

High School Boys: 10:30 am

High School Girls: 11:00 am

Distance: College Men - 8000m College Women - 5000m High School Races - 5000m

Course: 85% grass and trails, 15% pavement. Brand new course! Mostly flat with rolling hills.

Location: Salem College. Located in historic Old Salem in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Awards: Top 7 in each race will receive awards. Top 3 teams in each race will receive awards. Winner in each race will also receive an award.

Entry Fees: College men and women teams: $75.00 each ($125.00 for both men and women). High School girls and boys teams: $50.00 each ($100.00 for both girls and boys).

Entry Deadline: Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Midnight. All teams MUST enter by the deadline.
