Distance:  College Men - 8000mCollege Women - 5000mHighSchool Races - 5000m

Course:  85% grass and trails, 15% pavement.  Brand newcourse!
Mostly flat with rolling hills.

Location:  Salem College.  Located in historic Old Salem indowntown
Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Awards:Top 7 in each race will receive awards.  Top 3teams in each
race will receive awards.  Winner in each race will also receive an
award.

Entry Fees:College men and women teams: $75.00 each ($125.00for both
men and women). High School girls and boys teams: $50.00 each
($100.00 for both girls and boys).

Entry Deadline: Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Midnight.  All teams
MUST enter by the deadline.
