Decatur, GA-Cristi Magracia (Lemon Grove, CA) was selected as the Great South Athletic Conference (GSAC) Runner of the Week for last week. She led the Salem College cross country team to a 5th place finish at the Wilbur Ross Invitational 5K meet hosted by Winston-Salem State University. Magracia had her highest finish of the season in 2nd place at the meet, and her personal record at Salem (20:39).

Magracia only lost to one runner from WSSU. She has been the top runner for the Spirits in every meet she has entered this season. She is now preparing to run in the GSAC Championships at Covenant College on October 29th.
