Cross Country:
This Week: 

The cross country team will head a couple blocks away to run in the Wilbur Ross Invitational hosted by Winston-Salem State University. The meet will consist of primarily NCAA Division II opponents. The host Rams just finished in 2nd at the HBCU Classic in Raleigh.
Last Week:
The team ran in the Charlotte Invitational and finished in 13th in the Green Division 6K. Natali Olveda (Salinas, CA) ran her personal best 6K in a time of 26:25.06 and finished in 53rd in the division.
This week:
The Spirits head out on their last road trip of the regular season as they travel to Alabama to take on Huntingdon on Saturday, and to Georgia to take on Wesleyan on Sunday. 
Last Week:
The soccer team finished the week 2-1 with a home over Warren Wilson 4-3, and a home victory over Methodist 2-0. The Spirits dropped a 1-0 road match at Covenant. The team is currently 8-3 overall. Tarryn Bundy (West Deptford, NJ) had 3 goals this week, Sawyer Ferguson (Billings, MT) had 2 and Sataj Johnson (Corona, CA) had 1.
Volleyball:
This Week:
The volleyball team will look to sweep Allen University on Saturday and to avoid a sweep by the Quakers of Guilford College in a tri-match at home. Salem defeated Allen 3-0 earlier in the year at Livingstone, and fell to Guilford 3-0 last week. They play Allen Saturday at 10 and Guilford at 2.
Last Week:
The Spirits dropped 3 matches last week. They lost on the road 3-0 at Guilford and at home to Covenant and William Peace. The team's record currently stands at 3-9. Roslyn Nixon (Wilson, NC) currently leads the team with 92 kills this season.
