Orlando, FL-The Salem College cross country team wrapped up their 2014 season at the 2014 Disney Cross Country Classic presented by New Balance. The Spirits finished in 21st overall out of 29 teams that competed. Three seniors ran their last race for the Spirits.

Stephanie Verdi completed her senior season with another top finish for the Spirits. She was 49th overall in 20:44.35. Senior Cristi Magracia also finished up her four-year career as the 2nd Spirit across the line. She finished in 99th place in 22:12.21. Audrey Wierda ran a strong race in 22:25.55, which was 106th overall.

Amanda Johnson finished in 4th for Salem and 156th overall in 25:14.13. Tali Schroeder was the next Salem runner in her final collegiate competition. She was 160th in 25:36.36. Elizabeth Penley wrapped up the Salem runners as she finished in 161st in 25:49.60.
