The USA South will once again turn its Instagram account over to select teams on specific weekends throughout the year. This spring season, six teams will have the opportunity to share their experiences through pictures and videos while competing away from their respective campuses.

This weekend's takeover, March 16-18, will feature the Salem College women's lacrosse team. The Spirits will travel to nearby Greensboro, North Carolina for a non-conference game against Guilford on Saturday, March 17. The full schedule of the spring Instagram takeovers can be found below.
