Soccer drops 3-2 game on the road in Ohio

Cincinnati, OH-The Salem College soccer team fell 3-2 at Mt. St. Joseph in Ohio. The Spirits had to climb back into the game twice, and couldn't get the equalizing goal in the final minutes. Jordan Lanier and Callie Adams each scored for the Spirits. Salem is now 1-1, while Mt. St. Joseph's improves to 2-0.

Hannah Bullock and Hannah Wagner split time in goal and each had two saves. Lanier scored in the 31st minute on a Mary Ormsby assist and Adams scored in the 77th minute. Salem held a 3-0 corner kick advantage and Mt. St. Joe's had a 7-5 shot on goal advantage. 

The Spirits will host their first home games this weekend against Agnes Scott and Eastern Mennonite.
