Tennis falls on the road at Covenant and Maryville

Maryville, TN-The Salem College tennis team dropped two road USA South West Division matches this weekend in Georgia and Tennessee. The Spirits fell 9-0 to Covenant and 5-4 in a hard-fought match to Maryville. 

DeAnna Wilkins and Grace Wilson each won both of their matches. Makenna Mason took the number two singles match. 

The Spirits are now 0-5 in the USA South and 5-9 overall with three matches remaining. They will host cross-town rivals, Winston-Salem State, this Wednesday at 5:00.
