Engaging in NIL Activity as a Salem College Student Athlete

If a Salem College student-athlete wishes to engage or is currently involved with NIL contracts, events, agents, contractors, they must be documented and on file with the compliance office before the activity is executed. This can be done by using the Name, Image and Likeness Reporting Form found in the compliance office.

If a student-athlete is engaging in NIL activities and does not notify the compliance office via the NIL reporting form, they are subject to sanction from the institution and the Athletic Department.

All NIL contracts, events, agents, contractors, etc. reported by the Name, Image and Likeness Reporting Form will be checked to make sure they are compliant with NCAA Regulations, USA South Athletic Conference, North Carolina State Law and Salem Academy & College NIL Policy.
