-College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team (2023)

SENIOR (2023): One of three Spirits to play and start all 16 matches on the season … a primary defender for the Spirits, Scott helped the Spirits hold opposing offenses to a .079 shot percentage after attempting 507 shots and 237 shots on goal … capped off a 3-2 win over St. Andrews (Sept. 6) with one shot … closed out the 1-1 tie against Agnes Scott (Sept. 15) with one shot.

JUNIOR (2022): A staple in the Salem defense, starting all 18 matches in 2022 … played a key role in helping the Salem defense to limit opponents to 33 goals, 22 assists (88 points) as well as a .108 shot percentage along with 150 shots on goal (.490 shots on goal percentage) …had one in Salem’s 8-0 win over Sweet Briar (Sept. 6) … made her second shot attempt of the slate, the only shot on goal of the season, in the home finale against N.C. Wesleyan (Oct. 25) … notched her only point, an assist, as Salem defeated Pfeiffer 2-1 on September 22nd.

FIRST YEAR (2021): One of three Spirits to play and start all 18 matches, alongside Baylee Greenwood and Anna Fretwell … integral part of a Salem defense that finished the slate with five shutouts, allowing just 30 goals, 276 shots (166 shots on goal) and 20 assists by opponents throughout the course of the 2021 season … netted one goal and handed out one assist, resulting in three points … attempted eight shots (seven shots on goal) to finish with an .875 shot on goal percentage … made her collegiate debut against Warren Wilson (Sept. 1) … netted one goal on two shots in an 8-0 victory over Agnes Scott (Sept. 4) … closed out a 2-1 setback to Guilford (Sept. 5) with an assist against Guilford (Sept. 5) … had one shot in matches against Eastern Mennonite (Sept. 11), Sweet Briar (Sept. 12), Covenant (Sept. 18), Carolina University (Sept. 22), Averett (Oct. 2), Mary Baldwin (Oct. 12).

PREP: Graduated from Mandarin High School in 2020 … a three-sport athlete that was a member of soccer (2016-20), flag football (2018-20) and track (2017-18) programs during her prep career … a two-time winner of the Coach’s Award in soccer for head coach Tony Cuthbertson … received All-Gateway Conference honors in soccer in 2019-20 … named to North Florida Soccer All-Star Team in 2019-20 … served as soccer team captain in 2019-20 … played under Larry Yudin (flag football) and Jim Schmidt (track) … competed for the Florida Elite Soccer Academy club soccer program for head coach Mike Johnson from 2010-20.

PERSONAL: Isabel Scott … daughter of Marcella and Barry Scott … born on June 14, 2002 … has one sibling, Trevor … member of National Honor Society … active in Student Council and Student Leadership … consistently earned a spot on A/B honor roll.
