Completed her first season at Salem with a pair of singles wins and three doubles victories after being limited due to an injury sustained in an automobile accident … made her collegiate debut against Pfeiffer (Sept. 17), posting a No. 3 doubles win (8-3) with teammate Alana Bridges over Arianna Avila and Isa Garcia … went to three sets in No. 6 singles play against Emily Moore (Pfeiffer), suffering a 6-0, 2-6, 3-10 setback … posted her first collegiate singles win, which came in No. 5 action, over Gianna Cabrera (Randolph) by scores of 2-6, 6-2, 12-10 on September 18th … began the spring slate with an 8-5 win in No. 3 doubles alongside Bridges as the pair downed Mei Shalaby and Carlia Kearey (Hollins) … the tandem of Bridges and Hedrick followed that with an 8-5 win in No. 3 doubles over Cyrus Lichenstein and Katherine Cox (Agnes Scott) on March 16th … posted her final singles win of the slate, which came in No. 6 singles, by scores of 6-0, 6-3 over Rosie Hagel (Agnes Scott).

Graduated from Lexington High School in June 2022 … also attended Davidson-Davie Community College, earning college credit classes along the way … a four-year member of the Yellow Jackets’ tennis team … competed three of those seasons (2018-20) under the direction of Kelly Stephenson and one year (2021) for coach Trisha Smith at Lexington High School.
