Shout-out to you, COVID-19, for not only taking this 2020-21 school year for a wild roller coaster ride, but for teaching us how to adapt to unpredictable changes and to appreciate the little things in life that some of us would have not even thought twice about.

Being a college student in the middle of a pandemic hasn't been easy but it has been all about growth. Whether it's becoming better at this whole being an online student thing. Or picking up new hobbies during this period of minimal human interaction. Learning time management or better communication skills. Or even just taking a little extra time to take care of yourself.

You've made it through one full semester with all of the ups and downs, let's push through it and do it for semester two (hopefully the last.)

You have accomplished so many things during this unprecedented time. Maybe more than you ever thought possible. But you did it with the resources provided and that's something to forever be proud of.

It's crazy to think that we are coming up on a year of this "new way of living" but if you don't do anything else, please continue to take care of yourself. Wash your hands, keep your distance, wear your masks, and continue to grow.
