Winston-Salem, NC-Head Coach Scott Long has added Jenny Gustin to the Salem College softball program as an assistant coach, and Gustin will also be in charge of all camps and clinics. Gustin is currently a 6th and 7th grade Exceptional Children teacher at Walkertown Middle School. She has a Masters of Education from Marymount University, a Master of Arts from UNC-Pembroke, and a Bachelor of Science from Elon University.

Gustin has a wide range of coaching experience. She was a graduate assistant at UNC-Pembroke, an interim head coach and assistant coach at Lander University, and an assistant coach at Westfield High School in Virginia. She was a four-year starter at Elon as a utility player, and a two-time team most valuable player.
