Springside Chesnut Hill's Chapman commits to play softball at Salem

Goldsboro, NC-The Salem College softball team is pleased to announce that Krystian Chapman has committed to attend Salem next fall. Chapman played softball for Coach Stephanie Mill at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia, PA. The Salem softball team finished the regular season in 3rd place in the Great South Athletic Conference.

Chapman was a four-year softball player for the Blue Devils. Her team won the 2010 Inter-ac Championship. Chapman also played for the Whitemarsh Wreckers in club softball.

She was a member of the Eco Club and GSA at Springside. She is the daughter of DeAnna and Arthur.

Salem College is a NCAA Division III institution located in Winston-Salem, NC. Salem is the oldest educational institution for women in the United States, and was founded in 1772. The institution boasts a proud history of fostering independence for women.
