Justice Joins Salem Basketball Program

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Salem College basketball head coach Quntashea Lewis added Deja Justice to her 2020-21 unit in February. Justice joins the Spirits after spending the 2020 fall semester at Towson University.

Justice graduated from Grace Brethren Christian School, located in Clinton, Md., in 2020. After graduating she attended Towson University in Towson, Maryland for the fall semester.

Justice was a two-sport athlete at Grace Brethren Christian School, playing both basketball and softball. Under the direction of head basketball coach Grady Bryant, Justice reached the 1,000-point mark by her junior season. Her softball career spanned from 2016-19, where she played under Daniel Kaufman.

Bryant recognized Justice for her play on the hardwoods on two occasions, naming her Best Offensive Player (2017-18) and Offensive Player of the Year (2018-19). She was also named Second Team All-Conference following the 2018-19 campaign.
