The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its 2018 All-Conference awards for women's lacrosse. Meredith College swept the individual honors as Carlee Joseph was named Player of the Year, Lilia Cruz earned Rookie of the Year while Lauren Scott collected Coach of the Year. Finally, the USA South recognized an All-Sportsmanship Team, consisting of one member from each competing school.
Jessica Ritter was selected to the USA South All-Sportsmanship team. Salem, playing in their inaugural season, won two games this season. They claimed their first victory in school history against Sweet Briar and their first USA South win against NC Wesleyan.
All honors were determined by votes from the women's lacrosse coach at each institution.
