Washington, DC- Salem College won their eighth consecutive game today as they defeated Gallaudet University 9-0 and established a new school record for goals in a game. Tori Collier (So., Raleigh, NC) led the Spirits with three goals as the Spirits out shot Gallaudet 46-5.

Amber Bryant (FY, Jonesville, NC), Megan Harrington (FY, Jacksonville, NC), Liz Clem (FY, Merced, CA), Tara Madden (FY, Greenville, NC), Michala Michaux (So., Morganton, NC) and Courtney Sauer (FY, Carthage, NC) scored one goal a piece. Liz Clem, Michala Michaux and Kim Wisen (FY, Madison, OH) each had an assist. Six of Salem’s nine goals were unassisted. For the second game in a row, goalkeepers Andrea Baldwin (FY,Hudson, NC) and Brittany Tedrick (FY, Batavia, OH) teamed up for the shutout.
