Winston-Salem, NC- Salem College hosted Peace College (1-3-1) in a non-conference women’s soccer match today at Blixt Field. After tying Peace College in the seasonal opener, Salem College’s offense kicked in high gear this afternoon to defeat the Pacers by the score of 6-2. This was the fourth consecutive win this season, raising their record to 4-0-1.

Liz Clem (Merced, CA) and Tara Madden (Greenville, SC) each scored two goals while Tori Collier (Raleigh, NC) and Courtney Sauer (Cartage, NC) scored one. The Spirits outshot their opponent 29-6 as they lifted their intensity after a sluggish first ten minutes.
