Greensboro, NC- The Salem College soccer team fell on the road to Greensboro College 2-0 in a non-conference match. Greensboro scored a goal in the first and one in the second for the win. Salem falls to 9-6-1 on the season.

Greensboro scored their first goal in the 26th minute. Salem picked up their play in the second half, outshooting Greensboro 8-4 in that half. Greensboro scored their second goal off of a rebound on a corner kick. Greensboro outshot Salem 11-8 for the match, and each team had three corners.

Salem has two more regular season matches at home. The first is against Ripon (Wisconsin) on Friday, and then the Spirits host Ferrum College next Monday.
