SOPHOMORE (2020 / Lacrosse): Ended the abbreviated season by ranking among the top-five in seven statistical categories including goals (11—1st), shots (24—t-1st), shots on goal (19—1st), up goals (3—1st), free position goals (5—1st), shot percentage (.458—4th) and caused turnovers (7—t-4th) … opened the season by netting five goals on seven shots (six shots on goal), taking advantage of two free position goals along the way, in a clash with Randolph (Feb. 22) … scored three goals on eight shots (six shots on goal), including two free position goals and one up goal, in a tightly-contested match with Sweet Briar (March 1). Horton was also active on defense with four caused turnovers. … tallied one goal in her only shot attempt in a meeting with USA South Conference foe Greensboro (March 3) … put together her third multi-goal outing of the season, scoring two goals by virtue of free position shots, in a clash with William Peace (March 7) after taking six shots (four shots on goal) … forced a pair of turnovers against Piedmont (March 8).

Wrapped up the slate by finishing among the top-five in six major statistical categories, including up goals (2—1st), goals (15—2nd), points (16—2nd), shots (35—3rd), assists (t-4th—1) and ground balls (23—5th) … started in her collegiate debut, against St. Andrews, where she one ground ball and a shot on goal … found the back of the net twice in an 8-7 win against Sweet Briar (Feb. 22), making four shots on goal while snagging four ground balls … began an eight-match goal scoring streak against Piedmont (March 9) with a goal on two shots on goal, contributing two ground balls … had one goal, one assist, two shots on goal and two ground balls against Brevard (March 10) … had one goal in six shots on goal versus Greensboro (March 13) … emerged with three ground balls and a goal against Earlham (March 15) … extended her goal scoring streak to five matches after recording one goal on three shots on goal against Randolph (March 16) … ended a clash with Hollins (March 28) with two goals on three shots on goal … closed out a solid March with a goal and one ground ball versus Averett (March 30) … enjoyed her best single-match performance of the season, tallying three goals on five shots on al and picking up a ground ball against N.C. Wesleyan (April 3) … contributed one goal on two shots on goal against Methodist (April 9) … scored her final goal of the season, after making a pair of shots on goal, against William Peace (April 20).
