FIRST-YEAR (2023-24): Competed in all nine meets during the course of the 2023-24 campaign … made her collegiate debut at the UNC Pembroke meet (Sept. 23), taking part in the 50 freestyle (43.15), 1000 breaststroke (1:54.01) and 200 breaststroke (4:11.90) … came through with a pair of Top-3 finishes against William Peace (Oct. 7), claiming second in the 200 breaststroke (4:22.14) and third in the 50 freestyle (41.87) … wrapped up the William Peace Invitational (Nov. 17-18) with her best time of the season in the 200 breaststroke (3:49.79) … also took part in two relays (400 medley, 200 medley) at the William Peace Invitational (Nov. 17-18), racing alongside teammates Omega Pinnix, Sara Varga and Marabeth Huffman … touched the wall second in the 100 breaststroke in a dual that featured both Columbia and Warren Wilson (Dec. 2) with a mark of 1:49.41, her second-best time of the season … joined Huffman, Vargas and Pinnix in the 400 freestyle relay on December 2nd where the quartet finished second in the 400 freestyle relay with a mark of 4:58.59 … began the calendar year with a solid performance at a meet that featured Greensboro, Guilford and Randolph (Jan. 13) by posting her personal-best time in the 200 backstroke event (3:33.80) as she placed fifth … joined the 200 medley relay team of Pinnix, Huffman and Adalyn Raney in the meet and posted a time of 2:30.70 … followed that performance with three second-place finishes in a clash with Hollins (Jan. 20) in the 100 breaststroke (1:53.50), 200 freestyle (3:04.00) and 500 freestyle (8:50.12) … her mark in the 200 freestyle against Hollins was a personal-best for the season … posted the third-best time in the Salem Fast Chance Meet (Jan. 27), which featured both Greensboro and Warren Wilson, in the 500 freestyle (8:53.42) … wrapped up the Independent Swim South Championships (Feb. 15-17) with a personal-best time of 1:46.47 in the 100 breaststroke … capped off her first-year at Salem with a solid performance at the Emory Last Chance Meet (Feb. 23-24), establishing four personal-best times along the way … set her personal record in 50 freestyle (36.97), 100 backstroke (1:30.33), 100 freestyle (1:21.08) and 500 freestyle (8:29.16) in a series of races at the Atlanta, Ga., event.
